Mae CYFNOS yn gyfuniad o draciau sinematig sy'n ennyn hiraeth am lefydd a phobl arbennig. Amlygir hyn yn bennaf ar y traciau Jasper a T, drwy ddefnyddio ‘voice memos’ gafodd eu recordio dros gyfnod o amser. Mae nodyn gobeithiol i’w glywed yn Through the Space, gyda ffrind Gwenno, Henry Weekes, sacsoffonydd sy’n byw yn Berlin, yn chwarae ar y trac. Mae ffrindiau agos iddi hi yn Leeds hefyd yn chwarae ar ddau o’r traciau – sef Lara Wassenberg ar y viola ar y trac T, a George Topham ar y drymiau yn Through the Space. Mae’r holl gerddoriaeth ar yr EP yn asio melodïau gwerin a jazz ar y piano gyda synau electronig hudolus a minimalistig.

CYFNOS is a combination of cinematic tracks that evoke ‘hiraeth’ – a kind of nostalgia for particular places and people. This is most evident on the Jasper and T tracks, through 'voice memo' recordings collected over a period of time. An element of hope is also highlighted in Through the Space, which features Gwenno’s friend and Berlin-based saxophonist, Henry Weekes. T also features her good friends at Leeds, Lara Wassenberg on viola, and George Topham on drums in Through the Space. The EP fuses folk and jazz melodies on piano with haunting and minimalistic electronic sounds.
